I started CleanRun in 2013 after ten years watching homeowners get handed surprise invoices once the truck was already in the driveway. That doesn’t happen here. I still ride along on jobs in Dobson Ranch, Las Sendas, and the older ranch homes near downtown Mesa where the original galvanized ductwork is held together with decades of patchwork. I’m the one who signs off on every written price before work starts, and I review the photo record from every job. If a duct run doesn’t show measurable improvement on camera, the crew runs it again. My specialty is the tricky retrofits: 1950s slab homes with embedded duct runs, additions where someone tied flex duct directly to a plenum with duct tape and hope. Off the clock, I rebuild vintage motorcycles badly and make my kids help.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been running negative-pressure extraction systems for eight years, the last four with us in Mesa.
